Cahava Springs sets a new standard in land development and preservation. This standard is rarely seen by any developer in the country.

NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING NOTICE:
Dear Neighbors,
In a continued effort by Pyramid to keep all of you informed about the progress of Cahava Springs Project we are holding another neighborhood meeting. There have been some sad and serious changes that have put the project at risk and may keep Pyramid from completing its promise to the Town and all of you. Rather than posting an update on our web site, we thought that it was best to meet personally with you. The purpose of this meeting is to give information and allow you to ask Pyramid questions about what has happened and what is likely to happen with Cahava Springs. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, Oct 22nd at the Town Hall Council Chambers, 6:30 PM.
Our major concerns are:
- to inform you on what is happening;
- making the construction area safe and ensuring that it is not a public or personal nuisance;
- updates on what has been completed with the salvaged plant material;
- protecting your home and property values;
- trying to complete the work as designed;
- ensuring there is no Federal, State and/or County Clear Air violations (dust control);
- making sure that there is no violation of Section 404 of the Federal Clean Water Act (erosion control);
- seeking your input.
Sincerely,
Erin Ludwig
Neighborhood Liaison
